Yes. Our whole New York-style baked cheesecakes are available for nationwide delivery with APC, subject to postcode and courier service availability. We also offer local delivery in eligible Dundee and Angus areas.

We make your cheesecake first, then ship it next day. Each whole cheesecake goes through our three-day baking, cooling and resting process before dispatch. Once it's ready, we send it with APC on a next-working-day delivery service. So next-day delivery refers to the journey after preparation, not the day after you place your order. Please allow time for both stages when ordering for an occasion.

Nationwide delivery of a whole cheesecake costs £9.95. Available delivery services are confirmed at checkout for your postcode.

Our APC overnight service is booked for delivery by 12 noon on the next working day after dispatch. The delivery time refers to the courier service, not the date you order. Courier schedules and any service exceptions can affect arrival, so we recommend allowing some flexibility for important occasions.

Please contact us before ordering if you have an important date in mind. We'll advise what is possible around our three-day preparation process and APC's working-day delivery schedule.

We pack whole cheesecakes carefully using protective insulated packaging and frozen gel packs for their overnight journey. Please arrange to receive your delivery and refrigerate the cheesecake promptly when it arrives.

Yes. Our local Dundee and Angus delivery service continues. Thursday-evening local deliveries for slices and subscription boxes are separate from nationwide whole-cake shipping. Your available delivery options and any charges will be shown at checkout.

Our whole cheesecakes are 9 inches across, weigh approximately 5lb (2.3kg), and generously serve 12–16 people, depending on how you slice them.

Because we don't rush the good stuff. After slow baking and cooling, every cheesecake gets a full 48-hour rest. We discovered through years of recipe testing that the flavour and texture improve with time. That's a step we won't skip.

Keep it refrigerated and put it in the fridge promptly after delivery. Our current guidance is to enjoy it within four days of delivery when stored correctly. For the best eating experience, you can take out the portion you plan to serve shortly before eating, rather than leaving the whole cake out for an extended period.

Contact us for advice about freezing your particular cake. If it has been frozen, defrost it safely in the fridge rather than leaving it out at room temperature.

Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water, then wipe it dry before each cut. Repeat between slices for clean edges. And yes, the person doing the slicing gets first choice — house rules.

Our recipes contain allergens including milk, eggs and cereals containing gluten; individual flavours can contain other allergens such as nuts. Please read our allergen information and contact us about the specific cheesecake before ordering if you have an allergy. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Some flavours may be adaptable on request. Please ask us before ordering so we can discuss ingredients and preparation. We cannot guarantee that our kitchen is free from gluten cross-contact.

We don't use gelatine in our cheesecakes, and our standard cheesecakes are suitable for vegetarians. They are not vegan, as they contain dairy and eggs.
