Each month, as well as the subscription box you'll be provided with a voucher to the value of a single slice of cheesecake for use at any of our farmers markets or online.

Subscription Delivery 

We will deliver on the first Thursday of each month. Deliveries will be between 4pm and 10 pm. 

Why Thursdays?

Well, the Cheesecake Boffins in the Cheesecake Laboratory carried out a complex series of tests and experiments and deduced Thursday was the best day as per their conclusion of the study which has been replicated below.

"It is our scientific conclusion that every Cheesecake delivered on Thursday is guaranteed fresh through to Monday.  By delivering on Thursday Cheesecake lovers will have the benefit of enjoying the cheesecake on any day of their choosing throughout the weekend"

Hometown Cheesecakes may have to adjust the delivery date from time to time in order to optimise the customer experience. Where we do this you will be notified in advance and provided with clear options.

Please note there was no scientific study, that's a joke! However we do deliver on Thursday to optimise for the weekends though.

Subscription Bonus

The introductory price of £12 is valid for founding members and extends throughout your membership**

Whole Cheesecake Voucher will be manually emailed on or around the one year anniversary of your subscription starting.

Monthly Slice Voucher will be sent manually at the start of each subscription month and can be used at any of the Farmers Markets we attend. The voucher will be valid for 31 days.

The Double Box Birthday Month can be claimed by emailing the month of your Birthday. No proof of Birthday will be required. For obvious reasons this is limited to 1 box per year.

The 30% off Whole Cheesecake Voucher code will be emailed manually after your first months paid subscription.

Subscription Limits

*Whilst a single address can have more than one subscription unfortunately we can only offer our 'one month free' introductory offer on a one per household basis.

Whole Cheesecake Voucher can not be used in combination with any other offer. Whole Cheesecake Voucher can not be used for the purchase of any of our Christmas Cheesecakes.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Subscription Price Increase

**Whilst we hope to rarely ever have to raise prices, we at times may have to increase prices dependant on circumstances out with our control. We will never do this as a cash grab and will always reach out to you in advance to provide you with your options and provide our reasons. At a minimum we guarantee no price rises during the first year of any subscription.
