Chocolate Malted Melt Cheesecake

Our original New York-style baked cheesecake packed with chocolate malted balls. The slow bake softens them into chewy pockets through the cake, finished with chocolate ganache and crisp malted chocolate pieces.

The whole cake: 9-inch, approximately 5lb, generously serves 12–16. Slow-baked, gently cooled and rested for 48 hours.
