Cookies and Cream Cheesecake

Our original New York-style baked cheesecake filled with crushed Oreo cookies and served on a thick chocolate cookie crust. Creamy cheesecake, dark cocoa and plenty of crunch — a proper cookies-and-cream cake rather than a token scattering on top.

The whole cake: 9-inch, approximately 5lb, generously serves 12–16. Slow-baked, gently cooled and rested for 48 hours.
