Chocolate Hazelnut Swirl Cheesecake

Our original New York-style baked cheesecake swirled with hazelnut chocolate spread and served on a chocolate cookie crust. Smooth, nutty chocolate runs through the cheesecake from edge to centre.

The whole cake: 9-inch, approximately 5lb, generously serves 12–16. Slow-baked, gently cooled and rested for 48 hours.
