Limited Guest Flavour - Strawberry Shortcake

We've built this Cheesecake from the crust up with an exclusive shortbread base  topped with our creamy New York Cheesecake batter and combined with swirls of our sweet strawberry sauce and chunks of shortbread. Topped with a shortbread crumb and fresh strawberries.
