Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake

Our original New York-style baked cheesecake rippled with thick Lotus Biscoff spread and served on a Biscoff biscuit crust. Spiced caramelised biscuit runs through the cake as well as underneath it, making this a full Biscoff cheesecake from base to filling.

The whole cake: 9-inch, approximately 5lb, generously serves 12–16. Slow-baked, gently cooled and rested for 48 hours.
