Salted Caramel Cheesecake

Our original New York-style baked cheesecake threaded with thick ribbons of salted caramel and served on our classic cookie crust. Sweet, buttery caramel cuts through the tang of the cheesecake for one of the simplest — and most indulgent — cakes we make.

The whole cake: 9-inch, approximately 5lb, generously serves 12–16. Slow-baked, gently cooled and rested for 48 hours.
