Scottish Fudge Cheesecake

Our original New York-style baked cheesecake combined with pieces of chewy Scottish fudge and served on our classic cookie crust. Simple, buttery and nostalgic, with little pockets of fudge running through the creamy filling.

The whole cake: 9-inch, approximately 5lb, generously serves 12–16. Slow-baked, gently cooled and rested for 48 hours.
